We offer post-launch support to address any technical issues, updates, or changes you may need after your site is live.

Web Development:

Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of your project. As a general guide, a standard informational website takes 4 to 6 weeks, a website with custom features or integrations takes 6 to 10 weeks, and a complex web application or e-commerce platform takes 10 to 16 weeks or more. We provide a detailed project timeline before work begins so you always know what to expect.

We build a wide range of websites including business and corporate websites, landing pages, portfolio sites, e-commerce stores, SaaS product websites, membership platforms, booking systems, and custom web applications. If you have a specific requirement not listed here, reach out and we will let you know if we can help.

Yes, every website we build is fully responsive and optimized for all screen sizes — desktop, tablet, and mobile. Mobile-first design is a standard part of our development process, not an add-on.

Yes. We build fully functional e-commerce websites with product listings, shopping carts, secure payment gateway integration, inventory management, order tracking, and more. We work with WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom-built solutions depending on your needs.

Yes, website redesign is one of our core services. We analyze your existing site for design, performance, and SEO issues, then rebuild it with a modern look, improved user experience, and better conversion structure — while preserving your SEO rankings where possible.

Yes. Every website we build follows SEO best practices including proper heading structure, optimized page speed, clean code, meta tags, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness. We build the technical SEO foundation — additional content SEO strategy can be discussed as a separate engagement.

Custom CRM Development:

A custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is software built specifically around your business processes — unlike off-the-shelf solutions like Salesforce or HubSpot that force you to adapt to their structure. You likely need a custom CRM if your team manages clients, leads, or projects and finds existing tools either too expensive, too complex, or missing features critical to your workflow.

Off-the-shelf CRMs are designed for a broad range of businesses, which means you often pay for features you don’t need and lack features you do. A custom CRM is built exactly for your workflow, your team size, and your data — with no recurring per-seat licensing fees and full ownership of the software.

A basic custom CRM with core features like contact management, pipeline tracking, and reporting typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. More advanced systems with integrations, automation, and multi-user roles can take 14 to 20 weeks. We break development into phases so you can start using core features early.

Yes. We can integrate your custom CRM with email platforms, calendars, accounting software, payment gateways, marketing tools, and third-party APIs. Common integrations include Gmail, Outlook, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, and Zapier.

Design Outsourcing:

When you outsource your design to us, we assign a dedicated designer (or design team) who works exclusively on your projects. They follow your brand guidelines, communicate through your preferred channels, and deliver work on your schedule — acting as a seamless extension of your in-house team.

You can outsource UI/UX design, web design, landing page design, mobile app design, graphic design, brand identity, wireframing, and prototyping. We work with tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

Yes. We work with digital agencies on a white-label basis, meaning all deliverables are unbranded and you present them directly to your clients under your own agency name. We sign strict confidentiality agreements and never contact your clients directly.

No-Code & MVP Development:

No-code development uses visual platforms like Webflow, Bubble, or Glide to build fully functional web apps without traditional coding. It is ideal for startups and businesses that need to launch quickly, validate an idea, or build an internal tool on a limited budget. For complex, highly custom products, traditional development may be more suitable — we will advise you honestly after reviewing your requirements.

An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is a version of your product with just enough features to be usable and testable by real users. Starting with an MVP lets you validate your idea with minimal investment, gather real user feedback, and make informed decisions before committing to full development. It reduces risk significantly and often saves months of wasted development time.

Yes, in many cases. Depending on the complexity of your product, we can deliver a functional MVP in 4 to 8 weeks. We prioritize the core user journey and essential features, cutting everything that can be added in a later version.

Process & Communication:

We use a structured project management process with clear milestones and regular updates. Depending on your preference, we communicate via Slack, email, or video calls. You receive weekly progress updates and have access to a shared project board (Notion or Trello) where you can track tasks in real time.

Yes. Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact throughout the engagement. You will never be passed between multiple people trying to explain your project from scratch.

Scope changes are common and we handle them transparently. Any changes outside the original agreed scope are documented, costed, and approved by you before work begins. We never add surprise charges.

We offer both. For well-defined projects with a clear scope, we use a fixed-price project model with defined milestones. For ongoing work, product development, or evolving requirements, we offer a retainer/sprint model where you have a dedicated team working in two-week cycles.

Pricing & Payments:

We typically work on a milestone-based payment structure — a deposit to begin, payments at key project milestones, and a final payment on delivery. This protects both parties and ensures you only pay as work is completed and approved.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for clients who need ongoing development, design, maintenance, or support. Retainers are flexible and can be scaled up or down based on your needs each month.

Post-Launch & Maintenance:

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance packages that include security updates, plugin/software updates, performance monitoring, regular backups, and content updates. Without regular maintenance, websites become vulnerable to security threats and performance degradation over time.

Yes. If your site is built on WordPress, Drupal or another CMS, we set up a user-friendly admin panel so you can update text, images, blog posts, and other content yourself without any technical knowledge. We also provide a short handover session to walk you through how to use it.

We provide a post-launch support period on every project during which any bugs or issues are fixed at no additional cost. After this period, ongoing support is available through our maintenance packages or on an hourly basis.
